About Us

Artiza Business Consulting was founded with the mission to help companies who rely on Spanish-speaking workforces, such as green and clean industries, to recruit, engage, and grow their workforces using specialized bilingual and cultural resources within the framework of human resources.  For this reason, all of our services and materials are provided in English and Spanish.

In addition, we specialize in serving the green and clean industries that typically suffer from high turnover, low employee engagement, cultural barriers, and ineffective benefit programs.  Artiza helps companies such as these through specialized recruiting, onboarding, training, employee engagement and communication programs.

At Artiza, we strive to become more than just another outsourced solution.  We want to become an integral part of a company and touch the lives of it’s employees with in-person interaction.

Artiza’s founder and principal consultant, Feliza Guerrero, has extensive human resource experience as both an internal and external HR partner.  Feliza’s strengths have been in the areas of employee communication, employee engagement, recruiting, talent management, succession planning, and training among others.  Feliza is an active member of the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM) and is certified as a Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) through the Human Resource Certification Institute (HRCI).
